Nathan Broekemeier, a Norfolk, Neb., native, is entering his fifth season as an assistant coach for the Northeast men's soccer team. Coach Broekemeier assists with all aspects of the men’s soccer program, specifically training the goalkeepers.

As a former collegiate soccer player at Northeast and at Concordia University in Seward, Neb., Coach Broekemeier gained valuable playing experience as a goalkeeper and defenseman. Competing in soccer since 1996 and earning all-conference awards throughout high school, Coach Broekemeier has learned and developed many training techniques that he incorporates with the Northeast programs. His coaching has helped Northeast Soccer improve in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) standings each year he has assisted with the program.
