HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Basketball Coach Josh Clark on the big night against Iowa Lakes:
"Tonight, we wanted to play hard and have fun," Clark said. "Tonight was fun. We got off to a quick start. We made adjustments at halftime and forced them into tougher shots in the second half. They didn't shoot well in the second half, and we were proud of the guys for that. Ryan Huston was huge tonight with 32 points, and he is just the spark of the team. He is all heart."
Clark on playing NIACC next for the second time in two weeks:
"Little revenge," Clark said. "We didn't play our best when we went up there. That was one of our first long road trips and our guys really weren't prepared getting off the bus. They aren't going to surprise us again. We are going to get back to it tomorrow and get ready for a different game on Saturday."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will stay home and will take on North Iowa Area Community College at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk.
