HAWKS FALL LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT IN CONTEST WITH BOBCATS
LINCOLN, Neb. – The Northeast Community College men’s basketball team traveled Wednesday night to Lincoln, Nebraska for a showdown with Southeast Community College. The Hawks fell in the matchup by a final score of 106-93.
LINCOLN, Neb. – The Northeast Community College men's basketball team traveled Wednesday night to Lincoln, Nebraska for a showdown with Southeast Community College. The Hawks fell in the matchup by a final score of 106-93.
Northeast (1-1) was led in scoring for the second-straight contest by Johanes Piscikas (Lakeville, Minn.) as the freshman tallied 32 points on the night. The Hawks forced the Bobcats into 22 turnovers compared to just 13 of their own, but Southeast was able to pull away late in the second half. Northeast will have a quick turnaround as they will host Mount Marty University JV at 7 p.m. tomorrow night at the Cox Activities Center in Norfolk.
