COLUMBUS, Neb. – The Northeast Community College men's soccer team was held scoreless on Thursday night, falling to Central Community College 4-0 in Columbus, Neb.
The Hawks (1-4) were unable to find any offensive firepower after being out-shot 18-6.
"I knew coming into this match this would be a tough one," head coach Chad Miller said. "Central always builds a competitive squad and we are struggling to find our chemistry. Our goal at this point is to find improvements as we go forward."
Goalie Ivan Castillo-Garcia (Broomfield, Colo.) had eight saves in the net for Northeast.
